[ . . It had been following him all day long - though he hadn't complained. The 'it' just so happened to be a Hippogriff. . . and Sirius just so happened to know that upsetting one could be the last thing you ever do. He liked living. . .So he was just going to let it follow him around until it got bored or something to this extent. What weirded him out the most, however, was how familiar with him that it acted. As if it somehow knew him. . .

. . And now that it was closing time. . Time for him to head home. . .and it was still following him down the street towards the apartments, just as happy as a Hippogriff could be. A puppy or kitten following someone home was one thing. . But a Hippogriff was a very different story. A puppy or kitten would be cute, fluffy. . . and generally did not posses talons that could rip a human to shreds. Oh, and there was the size factor.

So you might see Sirius walking down the street, followed by this and seeming rather hesitant to do anything about it. Who could blame him? It was bigger than he was and had some pretty sharp talons there.]

[. . Not that Buckbeak seems to mind you. Those orange eyes are staring at you a moment, before pawing at the ground. You might be a werewolf, but he knew you. Doesn't really feel that clawing your face off is entirely necessary. Sirius just shook his head.]

". . . I have no idea where he came from, mate. Or why he's been following me all day. I'm not going to question him about it though. Suppose it's best to let him do what he wants. . . "

{Warily Remus bowed in response to Buckbeak and moved towards him a bit. He was pretty sure that this had something to do with your older self but he wasn't about to mention it.}

Only you or James would be able to get a hippogriff to follow you like a puppy.

[After a couple seconds, the hippogriff returns the bow. . Before deciding to start digging at the ground with his talons. Likely looking for worms or something to this extent.]

". . .Well, you know how likable we are, Moony~ But speaking of likable. . ."

[He's got a hand on his hip now, a slight smirk on his lips.]

" . . .What's this about you keeping a bird in my room, mate?"

[Not that the look mattered, because he was no longer looking at you. His attention was on Buckbeak, petting him gently as he started to lead the hippogriff towards their apartment.]

[Buckbeak just trotted along behind him, swishing his tail a little.]

[He wasn't even sure what was coming over him himself. He just new he felt rather. . . irritable for some reason. The hippogriff seemed to notice too, nudging it's feathered head against his shoulder.]

[He's decided not to say anymore on the matter. It didn't even make sense to him why it was bothering him so much. After all. It's not like he should care if you get a girlfriend or something. He supposed he should be happy for you . . .But for some reason it just annoys him.]
