[ . . It had been following him all day long - though he hadn't complained. The 'it' just so happened to be a Hippogriff. . . and Sirius just so happened to know that upsetting one could be the last thing you ever do. He liked living. . .So he was just going to let it follow him around until it got bored or something to this extent. What weirded him out the most, however, was how familiar with him that it acted. As if it somehow knew him. . .
. . And now that it was closing time. . Time for him to head home. . .and it was still following him down the street towards the apartments, just as happy as a Hippogriff could be. A puppy or kitten following someone home was one thing. . But a Hippogriff was a very different story. A puppy or kitten would be cute, fluffy. . . and generally did not posses talons that could rip a human to shreds. Oh, and there was the size factor.
So you might see Sirius walking down the street, followed by this and seeming rather hesitant to do anything about it. Who could blame him? It was bigger than he was and had some pretty sharp talons there.]
