[If you happen by the beach you might notice something running along the sea shore - a large black dog, more specifically. Every now and then, the canine would stop, look around. . . and offer a little bark. . . Before continuing it's trek down the beach, occasionally nipping at whatever creatures got into it's path playfully.
This dog, however, was not really a dog at all. . . Nor was he feeling quite as cheerful as his playful actions may have implied. In fact, more than anything. . .He was feeling quite lost. This wasn't hardly Hogwarts, that much he knew. . . Nor did he know of any place quite like this in the vicinity of Hogwarts. . . The climate was tropical, after all.
Not quite understanding how he got here, who brought him here or even what manner of people resided here. . Sirius had therefore judged it best for him to remain in dog form. In fact, he'd likely just play off being a lost stray until he could get some idea of where he was and how to get back. He also hadn't failed to notice his wand was missing, which left him at a bit more of a disadvantage.
If this was someone's idea of a practical joke, even he was finding it unamusing.
It was after some time of running about aimlessly that he found himself in a place that seemed almost like a small town, various shops and what seemed to be apartment complexes appearing before him. He continued padding his way through town, black tail swishing back and forth uncertainly as he approached a fountain before curling up in front of it. He was getting tired of walking. . .and it appeared it was too late for much of anyone to be out and about - at least from what he could tell thus far.
For now, he decided that in front of the fountain was a good place to wait until perhaps others were about for him to get some further information.]

" . . Well, I'm not so sure about your dog but. . . I suppose if you think you could handle a position as a waiter, I could use someone at the Italian restaurant. If you're interested, anyways."
no subject
{He glances at Sirius.}
I'm sure Pads will be able to find something to occupy himself.
{In other words, Remus wasn't going to support him if he didn't get a job too.}

". . Perhaps I should show you around a little bit? Things aren't really hard to find, but we normally get an early start and it wouldn't do to be late on your first day."

{Smiling at Gokudera and ignoring the dog whom he is still annoyed with.}

". . . I had just been back on my way home from the restuarant when I ran into you. It's not too far off this way, so I'll show you that first."
[. . . Padfoot, on the other hand, was curious about the feline now, staring up at it and offering a bark. He just got a hiss in reply.]
" . . Uri!"
no subject
Padfoot, if you mess with that cat I'll never share chocolate with you ever again.
{With an apologetic smile he looks to Hayato again.}
Thank you.

[He had hesitated before saying this. That was just a really odd comment to say to a dog.]
no subject
Oh~? You hear that Padsy~? More for me.
no subject
" . . Strange dog. Is he usually like this?"
[. . Uri is staaaarrrriiiiinnngggg. . .at Sirius.]

handsome devilyoung man he's supposed to be.}Oh no. He's normally much worse.
{He'll be grabbing his wet clothes from the fountain and attempting to dry them a bit as they walk by.}
no subject
". . Ah. . .his doing, I suppose?"
no subject
I'll just make him sleep outside. This is only an annoyance compared with some of his other doings after all.
{He doesn't care that you're ignoring him, Sirius. He really doesn't.}
no subject
" . .Well, dogs will be dogs, I suppose."
[He'll be approaching a building now - an Italian restuaraunt as it were.]
". . .Anyways, this is it. Vongola Gardens."
no subject
{He said it flatly, but brightened at the restaurant.}
It lovely.
{He rubs his arm suddenly wishing Sirius would give it up and stand there behind him supporting him as his human friend.}
Ah....I'm afraid I'll have to....explain about something if I'm going to be working for you though.
{He really doesn't want to get fired before he's even had a chance to work, but it's illegal to work without telling your employer, and....well he would need time off around the moon anyway.}
no subject
" . . Ah? And what would that be?"
no subject
I have a ...rather nasty disease that....manifests itself for a few days each month. I would need time off then to keep anyone else from catching it.
no subject
[He clearly wasn't going to press you any further on the matter.]
no subject
Th-that's it? Just do what I need?
{No pitchforks? Stunning spells? Whomping Willows? He's obviously baffled.}

" . . . Considering this place, it's probably best to keep an open mind anyways. I'm sure there is someone on this island stranger than your. . ahh. . affliction, whatever that may be."
[He looks directly at you now.]
". . .but just because I gave you permission to be off for those days, do not think you can abuse the time off.If I find out you've been bullshitting me. . . Well. I'll just leave it at the fact that you don't want to get on my bad side, alright?"
no subject
Of course! I may even be able to get Si--a friend to fill in for me on those days.
no subject
" . . . 'a friend'? . . didn't you just arrive on this island? Do you already know someone else here?"
no subject
I'm hoping some of my friends show up, and if not I'm a relatively friendly guy, I'm sure I'll eventually find a friend that won't mind helping me out.
{He makes a note to stop ignoring Sirius since he made a mistake and nearly mentioned him.}
